CALL FOR APPLICATIONS TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

We invite submissions for the international conference “Women in Music: Narrating and Resounding (Auto)Biographies”.

The conference will take place on April 14–16, 2027, in Vilnius and is organized by the Performing Arts Research Center (PARC) of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, in cooperation with the University of the Arts Helsinki, the Suoni Research Association, and the IMS Study Group “Music and Cultural Studies.” The conference is held as part of an ongoing series of symposia bringing together research groups from the Baltic countries, Northern and Central Europe.

The conference will be held in English.

Paper proposals are accepted until October 1, 2026.
