Enrol in the Baroque Opera specialization of MA in Music Performance

Enrol in the Baroque Opera specialization of MA in Music Performance (developed in cooperation with Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music) at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.

The most prominent Lithuanian and European baroque music professionals will teach you the history and dramaturgy of baroque music, vocal technique, baroque improvisation, and gestures and dance. You will then demonstrate the acquired knowledge and practical skills performing in concerts and staged events featuring baroque operas and oratorios, together with the Baroque Orchestra Collegium Musicum Riga led by Māris Kupčs, the renowned Latvian harpsichordist and conductor.

Entrance Examination: 3 July 2020.
