13TH ŠOBLĖ FILM FESTIVAL

On the 15th-17th of February, we will celebrate student cinema with Šoble once again. Plenty of Lithuanian and foreign films, workshops, discussions, competitions, and, most importantly, a great time together.

The theme of the festival, which will be held for the 13th time this year, is “Moving Out” – which invites to talk about the growth of young people and new beginnings, simultaneously it’s a farewell letter to the old, historical home of the academy – the Sluškai Palace – this is the last year that Šoblė Film Festival will be held here. IT’S A WRAP! – we’re moving out.

During the festival, the beloved National and students competition, as well as “Subtle Taste” programmes will be presented. The missed “Šoblė and Friends” – Lithuanian old documentary programme will return. We will get to know the news from abroad in the international “Student Festival Favourites” programme. Keep your eyes open, we will reveal more news soon!
