MASER CLASSES AND CONCERT

Joanna Świniarska-Szebeszczyk (Poland) – vocalist, graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Lodz Region in the “Y oung Creator” category. Laureate and finalist of festivals and competitions in Poland, among others “International Jazz Composition Contest”, “Niemen NonStop”, “Tribute to Szpilman”. Leader of the “Joanna Świniarska Quartet”, with whom she recorded her first original material.

Dr. Korneliusz Wiatr (Poland) – composer, pianist, graduate of the Faculty of Jazz in the class of Composition and Arrangement of prof. Andrzej Zubek Academy of Music in Katowice. Since 2003 he works in the Musical Institute of Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa (where he teaches  Composition, Improvisation, Instrumentation, History of Jazz e.o.). Since 2001 he works in the Public Music School in Olesno. He’s  also head master of the Youth Entertainment Music College in Olesno. In Olesno Korneliusz Wiatr founded his youth big-band “Wind Band” (2001).
