MIGLUMA: “NEBULA” ALBUM RELEASE

Electronic music composer, producer and vocalist from Vilnius, Lithuania who combines ethereal soundscapes, choral harmonies, and elements of Lithuanian folklore in her compositions. Her style also draws influence from avant-pop and contemporary rave culture. She utilizes her three-octave vocal range to create unique and otherworldly sounds through vocal manipulation and processing techniques.

Her upcoming album NEBULA is a journey through the universe and human experience. The album explores experimentation, vocal manipulation, and layering. Inspired by Iceland’s natural beauty and the era of the Anthropocene, NEBULA reflects Migluma’s perception of the universe, from the vastness of space to the current era. The album immerses the listener in a captivating, otherworldly sound experience, characterized by its cinematic, experimental, and ethereal vibe. Each track delves deeper into the intricacies of the universe, inviting contemplation of its laws and the relationship between creator and environment. NEBULA is a boundary-pushing work that challenges the listener to see the world in a new light.

At the show, Anima will enhance the live sound with captivating “audio-reactive” visuals, made exclusively for the performance.

Vilnius based composer and musician, who fuses classical influences with pulsating patterns and organic textures, utilizing synthesizers to create captivating and dynamic compositions. Kunas also explores sound in visual media, having composed music for short films, a theatre play, and various art projects.

For the first time in quite a while Kunas will bring his music to the stage. Fusing the rich textures of synthesisers and the metallic resonance of an upright piano, he will weave together a tapestry of sound to create an intimate ambient performance. The concert will be a unique opportunity to experience his latest EP “Sleep Has Our House” live for the first time. 

Photographer, who shot Migluma’s “Nebula” album cover, changes her role for the evening and becomes a DJ. Elena’s favorite genres are house, tech-house, minimal, IDM.
