PROF. ARIGO ŠTRĀLS (VIOLA, LATVIA) MASTER CLASSES

Arigo Štrāls graduated from the Latvian Jāzeps Vītols State Conservatory in the viola class of Professor Bernhards Tiltiņš. Since 1993, the violinist has been a professor at the Jāzeps Vītols Academy of Music in Latvia. Arigo Štrāls is the concertmaster of the viola group of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, and is often invited to the projects of other orchestras (Vidzeme Chamber, Nordic Symphony). The violist also performs as a soloist and has appeared in various European countries and Asia. He is the first performer of works by many Latvian composers (Alvilis Altmanis, Pēteris Plakidis, Ilona Breģe, Georg Pelēcis, etc.).

Qualification improvement certificates will be issued.
