CENTRAL EUROPEAN ACADEMIC MEETING OF TUBISTS AND EUPHONISTS (CEAMTE 2)

September 29 – October 3, 2025
LMTA Central Building (Gedimino pr. 42, Vilnius)

CENTRAL EUROPEAN ACADEMIC MEETING OF TUBISTS AND EUPHONISTS (CEAMTE 2)

The Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre invites you to the second international meeting of tubists and euphonists “CEAMTE 2”. This project is a continuation of an initiative first held in Krakow in 2022, which attracted enormous interest and brought together the most famous European tuba performers.

The festival in Vilnius promises a rich program: masterclasses, an exhibition, and four exceptional concerts. This intensive week will be dedicated to enthusiasts of rare instruments – the euphonium and tuba – as well as to the general public who want to hear new compositions, unexpected harmonies, and music in a lower register.

CEAMTE 2 will provide a unique opportunity for young Lithuanian performers to learn and play together with top-level teachers from all over Europe, and for the audience to experience the diversity of these instruments in concerts.
