The musicians will share their experiences of overcoming trauma, recovering from difficult life and musical challenges, and learning positively from complex experiences. Growth Mindset is an approach based on the belief that abilities and talents can be developed through effort, learning, and openness to change. It helps to accept challenges, not be afraid of mistakes, and turn them into opportunities for growth. The workshop is part of Morta Kacion’s doctoral project.
