Halls
Events organised by the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre take place in the Academy’s various halls and beyond. The LMTA’s premises are scattered all over Vilnius, providing plenty of spaces to represent a wide variety of arts. For instance, the LMTA Faculty of Theatre and Film based in the Slushko Palace hosts the Theatre Manufactory and the Film Hall, while meetings of the Šoblė Film Club take place in Room 104 of the same building. Vilnius Congress Palace offers its Chamber Hall for our chamber music concerts.
However, the main venue for the academy’s events is the LMTA Central Building (Gedimino Ave. 42, Vilnius). There, under one roof, you can find the Great Hall, the Juozas Karosas Hall, the Organ Hall, the Balcony Theatre and the Julius Juzeliūnas Spatial Sound Sphere.
