Diversity and Inclusion
The main target groups of the inclusion and diversity strategy are people with fewer opportunities in life, which put them at a disadvantaged situation compared to their peers as to participating in the programmes and/or in education and training systems. Those people may find themselves in such a disadvantaged situation because of one or more of the exclusion factors referred to in the following list. - Flexible teaching/learning schedule
Preparation and support of participants are done in all project stages – before, during and after their mobility experience. Before: simplification of internal procedures; during mentorship, linguistic support, cultural preparation, financial support (if required and proved); after recognition of learning experience, involvement of returned participants in local activities (information, support activities) in order to maximize the experience and to encourage future participants.
