(English) Erasmus Student Mobility
How to Apply
To apply for Erasmus+ study period at LMTA please check the list of Partner Institutions and make sure that your institution is one of the Erasmus partners. Students may study at the LMTA as Erasmus exchange student either one semester or full academic year.
LMTA is part of the AEC Application project called EASY, and prefer to receive applications through this system. Follow this link to submit your application: https://aec.dreamapply.com/. We prefer to receive all applications through EASY.
If your home institution is not open for using the EASY platform, you may still use the application form and Learning Agreement developed by the AEC. All the applications should be sent to us by email (as one pdf-file/application). Audio/Video recordings with the applications which need to be provided by sending a link to either Youtube or Vimeo sites or as a link to a Dropbox/ Wetransfer file that opens without any passwords or logins.
Erasmus application documents required:
- Application Form – Incoming
- Audio/video recording (up to 15 min. of performance) or “portfolio”
- Housing Application Form (those who would like to apply for accommodation in the students dormitory)
Your preliminary study plan should be indicated in your application form. We recommend you to read information about the courses offered at the LMTA in relation to your study programme and your study cycle on our website, Course Catalogue. Exchange students may select up to 30 ECTS for the semester and up to 60 ECTS for the whole academic year. NB! Learning Agreement – Incoming should be prepared and signed only after confirmation of acceptance.
The List of Elective Courses taught in english language http://old.lmta.lt/en/elective-courses . It is possible to take elective courses from our partner institutions Vilnius university and Vilnius Fine Arts academy as well.
Deadlines for Erasmus applications are:
- 15th of May for the Autumn Semester or for all academic year;
- 15th of November for Spring Semester.
After receiving the application documents, it will be sent to the relevant department for decision making. However, it may take up to 4 weeks before the decisions will be announced.
