Spring Entrance Examination Session 2026
From 1 March to 13 March 2026, applicants to the Music Performance study programme (Accordion specialisation) are invited to submit applications for participation in the Spring Entrance Examination Session.
Applications must be submitted via the LAMA BPO information system (link forthcoming).
During the spring session, applicants will take the following parts of the entrance examination:

Accordion performance examination

Motivational interview
The Music Knowledge Test, which is an integral part of the entrance examination, will be taken during the Main (Summer) Entrance Examination Session.

Foreign applicants have a possibility to take the entrance examination remotely.
1 STEP: PRELIMINARY APPLICATION (PRE-SELECTION)
Foreign candidates are recommended to complete a preliminary application, which serves as a pre-selection stage. This step helps assess your readiness and provides a recommendation to participate in the entrance examinations.
To apply for the preliminary evaluation, please submit:
- a completed application form
- a link to your performance(s) or creative work(s) (video or audio)
Deadlines:
- For applicants to the Music Performance, Music Studies and Dance and Education study programmes – by 1 April 2026
Pre-selection results:
- Music Performance, Music Studies and Dance and Education study programmes candidates will receive results by 1 May 2026
Note: While optional, this step is recommended to help you prepare for the next stage.
2 STEP: CENTRALISED ADMISSION
If you pass the preliminary application, you will be invited to the entrance examinations.
The admission process starts on 1 June 2026.
You must complete and submit the online application form at least 24 hours before your entrance examination.
You will need to submit:
- The online application form (centralised admission)
- The entrance examination programme form (only if you take the examination remotely)
Your application must include:
- Certificate of secondary education (original or notarised copy)
- Recognition of your foreign education (certificate from LMTA or SKVC – www.skvc.lt)
- Copy of your passport or ID card
- English language certificate (minimum B1 level, e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English, LanguageCert or Duolingo English Test)
EU citizens or their family members follow the same admission procedure as Lithuanian citizens and may apply for state-funded study programmes.
All other applicants can apply for self-funded (tuition fee) study places.
3 STEP: ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
The main entrance examination session is organised at the Academy from mid-June 2026

Applicants who successfully pass the entrance examinations will participate in the competition for study places, where candidates are ranked based on their examination results.
Invitations to study and sign the study contract will be announced in August 2026 (Exact date to be confirmed)
